These are three basics meals I would make just about everyday.

* I understand organic is more expensive and not accessible for everyone, this is not a necessity, it’s helpful with Candida to assist in detoxing from any chemicals found in our foods.
Sugarfree Chocolate Açai Bowl
Flax milk (or any other non dairy) unsweetened milk
1 unsweetened açai block
1/2 avocado
1 scoop chocolate organic / grass fed protein (totally up to you!)
Candida friendly toppings;
Cocao nibs, chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened almond butter, coconut cups.
Additional toppings;
Berries (I’m okay with a few this depends how far along you are in healing, see how you go)
Liver lover rainbow salad
Protein of your choice (grass fed, wild, local if possible)
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ACV
Baby organic beetroots
Grated organic carrot
1/2 handful of walnuts
Organic artichoke hearts
Organic sauerkraut
1 handful of arugula & iceberg lettuce
Lemon to taste
Fresh Barramundi and Cleansing greens
1 fresh or frozen wild barramundi fillet
Organic rainbow chard
Organic asparagus
Cumin seeds, salt, pepper and lemon to flavour.
